Environmental Infrastructure and Safety
Novolyte's Louisiana site has state-of-the-art waste water treatment sites. The Baton Rouge site has a thermal oxidizer and open tip flare to handle VOC emissions, and several professionals dedicated full-time to safety and environmental compliance. Our site meets Novolyte's corporate guidelines for safety and all six codes of management practices for Responsible Care. Our facility has passed the strictest audits from the world's largest chemical companies' compliance teams. We have extensive experience in managing the safety process for new chemical processes and plant start-ups. We often conduct joint HAZOP and pre-start up safety reviews with our customers' technical teams. Our Baton Rouge team is trained to respond to emergencies (HAZWOPER operations level), perform confined space rescue, and our operators are certified to Industrial fire brigade level status.
